Insanity, 1 week left

I started Insanity on April 8th, I have never done a cardio program that was so intense. My heart rate ranges from 145-177 during the workouts, I believe the warmup is honestly the hardest part of doing Insanity. By the end you are dripping with sweat, my hair is soaked, my body is shiny and my face is crimson red. I was trying to lose another 10 pounds with this workout. Well that didn't happen. I am what you would refer to as a plateau or as I have read, the last 10 pounds are the hardest to lose. Here is what did happen, My legs and butt are more toned as ever. I lost a bit of muscle in my arms, in part due to a shoulder injury that I am having a hell of a time with, however I am honestly in the best shape of my life. Last week I did insanity and got on a treadmill and ran on an incline and I thought the next day I would be so sore...nope! Nothing was sore, it was like I did that everyday. My boyfriend and I were comparing ab muscles last week, and my abs are harder than his. I do however still have quite a bit loose skin on my stomach and on the back of my thighs. As I continue to maintain this shape I assume that the skin will tighten, along with a great water plan. The more water you drink the better your skin looks. I have also noticed that lately my size 8 clothes are getting loose and I am approaching a size 6. I don't remember when I was ever a size 6. The other most rewarding thing is when I did atkins back in 2004, I lost a lot of weight got down to 146, I always thought that would be the best I would ever look. In reviewing pictures of that time and me now, I look skinnier now than then. I am 29 years old approaching 30 in October and this will be the first summer in my 20's that I will be wearing a bikini in the summer. I currently weigh 144 lbs, I finish Insanity in 1 week, will post final pics then.
