Day 1 Round 3
Started Round 3 of P90X on Sunday and after taking 2 weeks off and eating a lot of not so good food and drink. I began on Sunday at 168 lbs! I weighed myself today and back down to 166 lbs. I took new pictures and I seemed to look a bit smaller than I did in my 90 Day photos of Round 2. I am using a new food log via Caloriecount.com and the iPhone app Calorie Count that syncs with the website to log foods and workouts. It took about an 1.5 hrs to set up initially but logging foods has never been easier. I am also using 12 lb weights and I think I may pick up 15 lb weights this week. I really need to push myself to feel the burn after 12-15 reps and even with the 12's I was able to push 20 on some exercises. I am sore though after taking 2 weeks off. I picked up an new workout outfit to signify the different rounds.

You are right! Get some 15's!!! My weights go all teh way up to 35 for some of the pulling back exercises like lawnmowers.

Wow your results are super impressive! I am on round 2 phase 2 of P90x and I'm really loving this program. Congratulations on all your sucess so far.
