Day 30 Round 3

Today is day 30 of Round 3. I started out this round at 168lbs and I currently weight 158.5. I am happy with my progress. In the past 2 weeks, I increased my calorie intake to see if that would accelerate the weight loss. I have to say I was nervous to do so but I have averaged 1400 calories for the past 2 weeks and seem to continue to lose weight. I am still using Caloriecount.com to hold myself accountable to what I am eating and if I am getting all the nutrients that I need. I also started taking a Women's Ultra Mega vitamin at GNC to ensure that my body is getting all necessary daily values. I pushed myself to do more reps/weight every workout. I have to say I wasn't doing that all that much in Round 2. My calluses on my hands have hardened and have made doing pull ups much easier. I picked up 15 lbs weights for some exercises I was using 10's for but was still pushing 20 reps. I may need to get 20's by next month. I feel a hell of lot healthier, I love trying on the clothes that I had packed away YEARS ago and seeing that I can fit in them now. It is so motivating. I am averaging 6 glasses of water a day, I really need to be drinking more so I picked up the 3 liter deer park bottles and have been drinking those in hopes that I will either consume the whole bottle throughout the day or hopeful to come close. Those bottles are ridiculously huge but I like room temperature water only, therefore I can leave it around all day long. Here are my 30 Day photos for round 3. Tiny changes...my face is a bit red due to me just finishing plyometrics.
