Day 60 Round 3

This has been one interesting round. Today I currently weigh 152.5 lbs. Which is progress I am happy with. In the past 30 days I really challenged myself with calorie fluctations. This made this scale incredibly difficult to read. I eat on range of 1200-1500 and maybe some even higher days in there. My food hasn't been as clean as I would have hoped. However I have already made some changes that I believe will keep me eating clean. The calorie counter sure holds you accountable. I finished my United Health Care plan and was rewarded the $250 Best Buy Gift Card for completing the coaching program. I can't say how important that was to me to have someone check in on me. Very motivating. In the past 30 days I continued to up the reps to demand change from my body, even if it is only slightly over the previous week. I also really pushed myself to use my 15lb weights and 12lb weights for exercises I was still doing 10lbs with. I went to the doctor yesterday and she made the comment that my blood pressure is great. That made me smile :) I slacked on the vitamins a bit for the past 2 weeks, I am telling myself today that I am going to restart taking them. I turned 29 a little over a week ago and was pleased to see pictures from my 28th birthday and how much I look better/younger now than I did then, which is an amazing feeling and I had an amazing day because of it. I have lost 45 lbs so far with this program. It amazes me when I see other people on beachbody.com lose in 1 round what I have spent almost 3 rounds losing. Maybe it is something to do with their metabolism or really how bad they were eating prior to the program. My goal back in Februrary when I started this program was to be at 140lbs I am so close but the changes aren't happening as fast and the pictures are so slightly different. I am hopeful I will be able to meet that goal by Feb 20th (my 1 year anniversary for starting this program). Well here's the pics.
