These are my complete pictures from Round 3 of P90X. I began on Sept 11th and ended today Dec 9th. I started at a 168lbs and currently weigh 146lbs. I did not see majority of the weight loss until the last 6 weeks of the program. I utlized caloriecount.com the entire time to document my calorie intake and what nutrients I was missing in my diet. I took vitamins pretty consistently for the first 45 days and then dropped off to every now and then for the last 45 days. I did have some cheat days where I had things that were not exactly clean around Thanksgiving, I find logging this really reels you in pretty quickly so you see how many calories you just ate. I have lost a total of 51 lbs since I began this in Feb 20 2011. I havent weighed 146lbs since 2004 when I did the atkins diet. This was the lowest I got on that diet before I gained it all back and more. Hitting anything less than 146 is going to be a huge win for me as it would be almost 9-10 years since I weighed that. I am going to spend a week off fulfilling some guilty pleasures (steak) :) I will then begin working out the week after. I am hopeful I will have P90X2 by that time but in case I don't, I will do Plyometrics, KenpoX, CardioX continuously until it comes in and then will begin my 4th round or 1st round of P90X2.
