P90X2 Day 1

On Dec 18th, after taking a week off of P90X, I began P90X2. I weighed 147.5 lbs, so I gained a bit over the week I took off after eating quite a bit of unhealthy portions. I didn't feel great either after eating what I thought I craved so much. I am going back to my clean eating habits, but I may not log foods as I consistently eat the same things over and over again. I know that this is an accountability piece, but I am going to try it. If I do not lose any weight, I am going to go back to logging to see what may be the issue. It is a tough time of the year to be starting a workout program, but there is crappy food everywhere you turn. At least you know if you sneak a piece of chocolate here and there you did you workout that day and burned more calories if you hadn't. The deficit may be smaller, but hey the average person gains an entire pound of fat during the holiday season. Here are my Day 1 pics, note to self, do not roll out of bed, rush to take pictures and rush to get workout done so you can get to work on time. Pictures are a bit messy including me. lol I am hoping that I am able to continue my weight loss with this new program, it makes me a bit nervous but I am hopeful. My goal in Feb 2011 was to be 140 lbs. I will get there in the next 90 days and maybe lose a bit more than that too.

  1. hey, how are you making out on the X2? Are you loving it yet? Have you seen the scale move yet? You are a few weeks ahead of me so I will be sure to check in often as my motivation.
