Melissa, I am so impressed. Your sucess has motivated me so much. Not only have I known you personally for like 15+ years and I can see youre looking better then when you ran track in high school. Way to go girlie!
Hello, thank you for your blog. I'm starting the last phase of P90X2 with my husband tomorrow. It's been a little discouraging because I haven't lost a single pound (my husband has lost 20 lbs). I've lost some inches though and I can tell I'm getting stronger (i.e. I can almost do a pull up without assistance). I'm pretty athletic in general and I don't eat horribly, although I have a horrible sweet tooth. I track my calories on myfitnesspal.com and I just reduced my calories to 1200 per day. But like you, I generally hit around 1400. I saw in one of your posts that you usually eat the same foods, would you consider posting one or two of your food journals? I'd love to take a look at what a healthy eating day looks like for you. Thanks so much, you are an inspiration!
Yogurt 80 calories Oats and Honey Granola Bar 190 calories Ceasar Salad 300 calories Clif Bar 250 calories Turkey/Chicken with Brocolli or Asparagus. 400
