P90X2 Day 60

The second month of P90X2 is more like P90X, mostly strength training with a day of plyometrics. With Plyo I made significant changes on how quietly I land and how high I jump which was a great surprise, I also continue to get better at Yoga which I believe has continued to tone my arms and legs. My weight is currently 141 lbs. I am hoping by Feb 20th 2012 (my 1 year P90X anniversary) I will be able to get my goal weight of a 140 lbs. I extended my strength training by an extra week, but now I am in absolute need of a recovery week. I used 15lb weights at max for this past month, which seemed to really push me, there may have been 1 exericse I could have used 20 lb weights if I had them. I look forward to the last phase Performance and seeing what that is all about. I didn't notice a lot of changes in my pictures besides the fact that my stomach tighted up a bit more. I definately lost some more fat in my butt based on the measurements and maybe the skin is tightening up a bit. It seems that way a bit on my thighs and stomach where it was very loose 2 months ago. So I currently have lost 56.5 lbs since last year. I did add chocolate shakeology with just almond milk/ice for the past 2 weeks. This increased my energy level signficantly compared to the chocolate whey protein drink (GNC) that I was having for breakfast for the past 90 days. I also am able to stay full for 4 hours after the drink which has helped with the cravings/hunger. I recommend it with almond milk which is only 60 calories per glass.
